TELENORDI was founded in 2009 as a contact services company. Currently we have more then 65 employees that are highly motivated to work towards providing a better customer service, new sales, more effective internal processes as well as staff management. TELENORDI operates only to high standards, has very competent personnel, an advanced technical base and is focused on providing a long term quality service to our clients as well as cooperation based on a true partnership. We have a large number of loyal customers, most of which are market leaders in the Baltic countries. We truely appreciate and protect the trust instilled in these relationships. We are currently implemening LST EN ISO 9001:2008 quality management and LST EN ISO 27001:2013 information security management standards as well as balanced indexes and Lean systems. This enables us to be even more efficient for our clients.
